Chips were so dry I asked for plenty of sauce on got given tiny tubs of sauce for one for each supper which was 3 of them including a fish supper. Kebabs were too saucy

As usual my battered fish was crispy and delicious however on this occasion I wish the chips had been as hot as my fish, they were luke warm, I only ate a small portion of the , very disappointed on this occasion, however it will not stop me ordering again.

I tell friends you're the best chippy in this area and probably one of the best in Edinburgh, but tonight, although the fish was tasty as usual, I thought the fish was slightly over cooked and a bit dry.

The batter on fish was solid been lying on hot plate to long had to use hammer and chisel hopefully better next time ?

Staff arguing amongst themselves was really awkward and although I had been there for 10 minutes and told someone and she had checked my name, when I had to ask again if my order was ready I was snapped at and told it was shouted and I wasn’t there. Not a big issue but don’t like to be spoken to like I was. There were clearly bigger issues going on amongst the staff!

Food was lovely, nice and fresh first time I’ve ordered from this chippy but il definitely be back had no complaints about the food at all

The 2 kids pizza meals I ordered came smothered in salt with no sauce what so ever on either of them even though it was stated in the notes. Pizzas given was fried pizzas which were halved cooked if you’re lucky..!! even though it’s shows an oven baked pizza in the pictures when ordering. The brownies were both cold (like they came from a fridge) firm and very dry. Very disappointing and a waste of money. And there’s no way of contacting Fryers delight on the app unless you actually call them. Just bad terrible customer service really

Food was awful after last nights cold and horrible food we won’t be ordering again!

Chips and cheese were vile chips tasted and looked like they had been sitting for weeks and the cheese was melted beyond recognition. Calazone and kebab meat supper were fine, boogie wrap chips were the same in that. Not impressed.

Easy to order. Available to pick up at the stated time. No problems. Nice food especially the shish kebab

Surprised how good the food was. Came quicker than expected and the delivery guy was fantastic!

The service was quick and efficient. But my order included 2 white pudding suppers but only 1 was in the bag. My daughter had to drive over to pick it up. Annoying!

Said place was closed at 10:15pm on a Saturday night so wasn’t able to collect my order.

Pizza was amazing!

Chips have been perfect again, and the delivery was much faster than normal today.

FD is my go-to spot for the best kebabs in town, offering generous portions of fresh and tasty delights that keep me coming back for more. Highly recommended!
